Mango & Lime lassi
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup mango pulp
- 4 teaspoons honey or sugar, (more or less to taste)
- 1 dash ground cardamom (optional)
- 2 drops rose water
- ½ lime rind and juice
- Ice (optional)
- Rose petals
- Mix all ingredients except ice and rose petals.
- Mix it in a blender.
- Fill in ¼ of tall glass with ice.
- Pour the mixture into the glass .Garnish with rose petals.
